The Oklahoma City Museum of Art is located in the heart of Downtown Oklahoma City's Arts District houses an amazing permanent collection of glass sculpture from well known artist Dale Chihuly. Don't miss the 18 glass installations made of over 1,500 individual pieces of hand-blown glass making this the most comprehensive Chihuly collection in the world. A Chihuly glass exhibit is breathtaking and a must see. The museum sponsors a New Frontiers series for contemporary art, the inaugural show launched in January titled Anti.Gravity.Material.Light by New York artist Jason Peters, catch this exhibit through mid April.
